Careful, this one might inspire people to start dancing IRL.

For that dancing hopefully the new movie will again popularize a Gary Glitter song in tribute to the great man who also fused depraved criminality and art! :yess: :lol

I like the stair sequence but I always thought "Goodbye Stranger" by Supertramp would have fit the tone, the setting and the themes of the scene more [namely saying goodbye to the past, abandoning oneself and what you love, severing of relationships and the fear of intimacy/being known, self delusion].

I enjoyed the trailer. I didn't hate Lady Gaga. I'll give this a shot. I won't read anymore about it. Did that for the first movie and was pleasantly surprised.

I'm not sure these are movies you have to worry much about when it comes to spoilers. It's really more about the style and acting and music score, and the whole emotional experience of it.

It's not so much about spoilers, but what to expect. The trailer piqued my interest. I had really low expectation for this. Musicals are not my thing. I do like some, but they are light-hearted. I now know enough, or seen enough, to want to see it. I'll make up my mind about it once I see it. The linchpin for me is how the musical numbers are handle. That to me right now could be cringy.
