Yeah I'm really liking the pose there. It's subtle, but feels much more like the Selina in the movie than the P1 pose did.

Honestly, I'm not a big fan of the final Catwoman pose they chose (it's not bad, but not amazing either), but if they do the evening gown for the second statue... I can't resist that (the masquerade ball scene is one of my favorite Batman movie moments). Mousy office Selena is probably gonna be the second one though. I've seen speculation to that effect, and given the Catwoman is masked, there's almost no way JND releases a statue without a fully unmasked head sculpt, so we either get an interchangeable head or a second statue.

I had to check the other teasers for a duo release (Reeve Superman, Indiana Jones), and it wasn't until the third teaser that a second statue was even shown/hinted at. So there's still a chance.

So far, I’m liking it. It all hinges on the headsculpt. I really hope they make Jack Joker and Keaton Bats.

That pose is exquisite.

Not as complicated as other statues, should be the price of WW84, watch it be the price of Superman.

In the movie she went into the mall jumping up and down like a little girl and she even jumped rope with her whip. Dark cuteness was part of her persona, too.

LOVE the cat. The body is incredibly accurate to the film version. The breast size is actually accurate to michelle pfeiffer at the time. Also she seems very grounded and weighty. A lot of these poses look like they are kinda floaty. Wip looks very realistic in its weight too. Can't wait to see the unmasked portrait.
And dare I say a jnd Penguin??

I love stuff like this. I did revert the film image on the left but you get the idea. Great side by side of her.

We get our first good comparison. It's interesting. JND chose to do her suit fresh and no damage at all. And by the looks of it we are getting a Selina (hopefully a second option)

It appears to be that there will be a dual version (or at least a bust) since the unmasked portrait looks to be wearing a sweater. If it ends up having the overcoat, I think it could be when she’s looking in on Penguin’s speech where he gets boo’d. I can’t think of another time she has a black sweater.

As I was watching the teaser and was getting to the end, I thought," Meh, seems like no unmasked head, oh well, saved me some money." But then right at the end," Meow!" then the unmasked head flashes, "Woah!"
However still need to get a good look to see how accurate it is.

From this comparison, the sculpted detail of the stitching alone looks much better on the JND than that of the Prime1 statue

Head sculpt looks like a stalemate. Overall JND will be superior to P1 because of the body IMO but not by much.

It looks like a separate piece unless they do the sweater over the top with tights and a jacket? Seems a bit of stretch to have it all one piece.
I am very curious to see the frontal sculpt next. I'm really hoping it's two separate pieces so we can just get the suit version. The makeup is definitely accurate to the fist scene when she claws the guys face

If you look at her makeup and suit in the beginning of her transformation it isn't that shiny. And her makeup has a lot of that 90s pink and black smokey eye on top. Her brow is also very pointy. I think they have done a really good job at capturing her first suit look. We just need a front pic for comparison. Also I'm suprised jnd chose to showcase her in warm lighting which the film never has.

Random choice for the civilian version, but i assume the heads can be swapped so you can have her unmasked. Looks very nice so far.
