Lots of custom artists have been doing this lately for characters that have some exposed neck/clavicle area. As mentioned above, you'll need to modified the opening of a standard body by trimming away some plastic to get it to fit appropriately. Or, cut that extra bit of neck off of the headsculpt to make it flat and glue a standard neck plug into the bottom. One or the other will need to be modified to fit whatever body you intend on using.

Ah OK so modifications will be required, got it.
I think I would rather cut away the body since that's the cheaper option.

In saying that, would it be better to get a body that has no neck? Or a body with a neck already?

In my opinion, it would be best to get a body with no neck as based on what I know about the type of heads like the one you have, the hole at the bottom of the sculpt is meant to connect to the ball joint you see in the opening on the first image.

Thought I'd share the results of my Custom Rick, took a few months but I think it was worth the wait :)
