This is definitely going to be one of the films that I just catch all the monster battle scenes from YouTube clips.

I used to get excited for movies and anticipated seeing them. Now it's become a game of "dodge the bullet" by not subjecting myself to probably 95% of them.

RIP to the MV.

Well tickets have just gone on sale for this... and I'm still struggling with whether to go or not. The trailers have been truly awful, but I did enjoy the last movie more than I expected...

But it's for a disposable afternoon during the weekday. Not expecting the Godfather or Fury Road here

Yeah I suppose, but "giant robots fighting" should be fun too and yet I still found the Bayformer sequels excruciating to sit through. So guess I just have a lower tolerance for these kind of mindless scifi movies.

This is such a far cry from the 2014 Godzilla movie that started this. Even Kong Skull Island was serious. Each movie after those 2 just gets sillier and sillier. I could barely sit through the last one. I think when I eventually watch this on MAX I'll actually laughing out loud instead of just eye rolling...

So much for King Ghidra being the biggest threat. The mega alpha. Can't wait to see what kind of bigger, badder baddie comes next after this bigger and badder baddie. Maybe in the next one Godzilla will have a saddle for Kong to properly ride him.

There's another one that appears to show Mothra, if it's real then it's very different from the KotM version, much more like a butterfly

I just don’t understand why they made Godzilla a ninja now.

By Godzilla running and jumping as fast as Kong it makes them no longer different than one another other than a laser blast from Godzilla.

I still hate Kong blocking that blast with that stupid little axe head lol

The movie still looks like fun though.

I found the same with Transformers, but it's because the action is so QUICK it almost not able to be processed what your seeing....

They did the same with the Transformer ride at Universal Studios, great 3d ride, but you cannot tell what's actually happening, it's all way to fast.

Pacific Rim got it right, the Kaiju move pretty slow for the most part and you can actually see the fight

GvK was 50/50 , most of it you could actually see the fight, So I hope the slow down the monster action a bit to give the drama of the battle.
