InArt - Dune: Paul Atreides

They said once they did but that was a long time ago, and they're so vague in interviews with very slow releases I'm just not hyped about them anymore.

I'm hoping the success of Dune 2 will motivate some 3rd party companies to do 1984 Dune figures. I would love a Sting Feyd and MacLachlan Paul.

To be clear you can get a discount at Collectorzown without paying the fee. I just did that to support Marcos and the site. If you go on Facebook and join the group Collectorzown Cantina you can get codes.

The code for Paul for regular Cantina members is SILENCE! The only caveat is that to get the discount you pay in full up front if not a paid member.

Does QS/InArt automatically take the full payment at shipping stage?

Man, InArt are doing next level stuff! This looks great, but sadly my budget is AUGToys (which still looks very nice).

Didn't realize that he's a bit cheaper on InArt's site. Might need to reconsider ordering there.

When I ordered I had option of deposit or full payment up front

Yeah I know, but if you pay via deposit do they just automatically charge you the remaining balance at shipping time later?

To get your 5% off the full price, you have to pay the full price... otherwise it's just 5% off your deposit.

If that’s true, then that’s just silly. Usually discount codes are supposed to apply to the full price, not just the amount that you’re initially paying.

Ordered deluxe on InArt's site. When I tried to put a code from Willfoxfictaion to get $10 off. I pressed place order so I paid that $90 deposit. Oh well it definitely is a better price ordering from them.

Have they made any indication whether they intend to pursue Part Two figures? If I were to get a Paul, I'd prefer one with the blue eyes.

Is it just me or does the sculpt of the normal version look slightly different to the rooted?

I'm almost scared to watch the movie before the pre-order window closes in case it gives me major [and expensive] FOMO

I just preordered the Deluxe version.
I'd love if they made Chani also. But I think they said they have no future plans to make any more Dune figures as of now.

InArt aren't exactly coming into 2024 with guns blazing. Ludicrously expensive Phoenix Joker and Paul where further cast members are unlikely?

I know; two extremely impressive offerings consisting of 5 masterful figures where the quality is reflected in the price. What a shambles…

Also, is it just me who doesn’t care for the glowing blue eyes and prefers the more natural look?
