Saw the movie last thursday, was great. Already have the AUG one on preorder but this is becoming more tempting...

This will have global distribution, John from InArt has mentioned it a few times. If they have their act together, expect it at the usual places.

- KGHobby - You can lock in a decent price if you pay upfront but after-sales customer service is lacking.
- GunDamit - Usually offers best price for InArt but may receive a later batch. Sister company of Show Z Store.

Looks like InArt decided on Part One only for now. Oh well, I'm sure we'll see customizers start offering Part Two accessories when this gets released. I wonder if anyone can make 1/6 blue contact lenses, LOL!

We'll find out soon enough with pre-orders set for this week. Based on recent POs from Inart, my guess is in the $400-500 USD range for rooted. Depends on how many accessories and swap-outs he comes with. Tailoring looks fairly complicated. I'm betting closer to $500.

Getting this for sure. Great timing on their part.

Probably $300-$600 depending on what’s included and if there’s a sculpted hair version.

How near to part 2 is the costume, remove the cloaks etc is it the same outfit from say the ending of part 2 when he fights Feud-Rautha?

I really like this figure, InArt has done an amazing job. Just not sure I want this one-off. And if there was a pairing, I'm not sure who I'd want to go with Paul. Not another Stillsuit.

Maybe I'll change my mind when I see Dune 2.

Stillsuits are still the same, I think it comes down to the wraps and the damage he had taken throughout the movie. Blue eyes would help discern it from Part 1 vs Part 2. I would imagine a Part 2 version would be easy for them.

Could they do a deluxe option with the parts needed for his Part 2 look?

If you want this to be for his fight with Feyd, you should be okay. Just take off the cloak and weather him up. You'll need a solution to his blue eyes though. Maybe a light coat of clear blue airbrush paint would do the trick. His hair is also styled a bit differently.

I'm hoping AugToys does Feyd so that we can pair them together. Either him or Stilgar.

No, I imagine there is some licensing restriction and approval needed to go that route if it was even possible. Same way you wouldn't see a Vader labeled for A New Hope contain pieces from Empire and Jedi. They would also have to heavily weather the still suit, which wouldn't match Part 1.

I love one-offs. I’m having a great time with 1/6 nowadays lol

It’d be inaccurate, and IMO, INART is all about accuracy. Really, it’d need to be an entirely separate figure. The Still Suit is now visibly weathered and not “new.” He’s got a gold shawl now, with a different style outer robe with hood and cape. Physical features are different. Namely, he would have blue eyes, Eyes of Ibad and the hair style is different (not a big deal, but still).

Extra accessories that he would probably bring are the sandworm “maker” hooks in addition to the Crysknife and the goggles, but it’d be inaccurate if those were added to the base Part 1 look.

Honestly I’m gonna wait to see what the cut off with Kit is for this. If it’s mid April then I’ll give AugToys till the end of this month before I just eat the NRD with Kit and go InArt tbh.
