Adding my pics to the endless stream now that this figure is landing everywhere. I did a few simple mods last night, adjusting the padding to get a better "V" shape to the torso, bullking out arms, shoulders, traps. Added OT's excellent collar. And then a bit of light weathering with Tamiya earth tones here and there. Looks finished to me. I love this fig. Gives my DX19 a run for its money.

How did you Do the V shape torso?

Ah nothing more painful then being stucked in work and having a delivery on that day (Happen to me too many times)
Tell me about it! I work 24 hour shifts so when I get the message from the carrier that it has been delivered, the long agonizing wait to get home starts. If course it gets delivered at about noon while i’m at work and wont be home until 0800 the next morning.

Damn that suck, have you got anyone to keep it secured for you until you get back?

I went under the suit and added some padding to the lats and removed some from the obliques. You have to snip a single stitch at the waist on each side to separate the pants from the top, then you can remove them and get under the top to adjust the padding.

Finally here! I had room for him and the bat signal when I preordered it 🤣

Unfortunately for Batman I like how I have Black Widow and Johnny Silverhand so he will have to fight to get his car back!

I desperately need new capes, both stock capes are the usual tissue paper bull 💩 that hot toys loves. It's physically and mentally impossible for them to make a decent Batman cape.

I also want a new collar, preferably unreal customs. I don't think I'll do any mods to it besides new cape and collar, and maybe some foam on the shoulders to give him some more traps.

Outdoor pictures will be around May, as soon as the green trees come back in full bloom. Gonna be EPIC!

That looks absolutely brilliant! What Tamiya earth tones did you use? Any specific ones?

Beautiful work as usual @rory :clap looks like a real person in some of those shots

Thanks man. Yeah it was the Tamiya sand/light sand/mud weathering set. I mostly just used the sand. Then I used Tamiya “soot” from another set to dull the yellow boot trim and other yellow spots.

That looks absolutely brilliant! What Tamiya earth tones did you use? Any specific ones?

What? It's supposed to ship between Jan-Feb. Does it still say it was going to ship last year? I paid mine off also with SS and they said more then likely it will ship in batch 2 in Feb.

Mine originally said Jan-Feb but now it says April-September. I assumed it just got delayed, but now that folks are getting them I'm going to contact them. I preordered on day 1, but that doesn't always guarantee anything.

You are correct. I just got mine this week and I paid off back at pre-order. Seems more people ordered this thing than they claimed...:sneaky:

I checked it's the same on mine but it's april-sep of 2023, so they are missing up the dates so most likely it will show up this month for the rest of us since they originally had a Jan-Feb schedule.
