Congrats Jaws! So nice, you bought it twice! Lol! Still have mine from all those years ago. I was even fortunate enough to have Stan Lee sign it. No way this piece leaves my collection as long as I'm still breathing.

When you've been collecting as long as we have brother, there's eventually a point in time when we run out of either money or space. In some cases it can be both. Life happens and can get pretty rough at times. You just have to fight through it and bounce back. It was not really rough times but I didn’t have the job I do now and basically so to justify the purchase of a new statue back then I had to sell something.
It was kind of fun and for the most part I don’t miss any of them.. I missed Spidey

Reviving this thread. Was there any recasts for this piece? Found a good deal but no box. Can’t find a way to validate that it’s authentic.
I haven't heard of any recasts of this statue. Ask to see a pic of the bottom of the base. Most recasts usually don't have a sticker on the bottom of the base nor an ES.
