I view this as an alternative for those of us who like the Mythos Kenobi concept but not the 1/5th scale. I had all of the original Mythos and sold them off (other than Fett) because the scale difference with my PFs bugged me. Might be in for this if it looks good. I'm hoping for a straight Ewan sculpt...

I don’t have a problem with PF. 1/4 scale is my preference. However, my problem with SS lies in their inability to follow the scale that they set in the first place.
Same. While I do look forward to the reveal, I've wanted an ROTS Kenobi since the original ROTS Anakin. But, here we are, with another mythos Kenobi instead of a straight ROTS version yet again
Maybe a Obi-wan ROTS PF will come in '25 for the 20th anniversary?
One could hope but watch us get another Anakin instead…or worse yet, ROTS Vader

This is why certain companies, located in the outer rim, are in demand. They make the statues collectors want. Not the same old rehash.

Really hope they will announce a Mythos Boba Fett quite soon.

Correct-Premium Format is 1/4 scale. Typically around 18" tall give or take for male characters not including the base.

Thanks you for your reply but do not worry I knew about PF is 1/4, I jave many PFs in my collection.
Just the thread confuses me quite a bit about 1/4 or 1/5.
Really impatient to have any tease about the next mythos Boba.
The first one, even if lots of collectors regret it is a 1/5 scale, that is such a beautiful statue.
1/4 will be way better to fit in our collections I guess, at least for the most of us.

I too would love a 1/4 scale Mythos Boba Fett but I'm not sure this Obi tease guarantees that. I'm not reading this as a new scale for all mythos statues, although I'd love to see it.

Didn't have the 1/5th scale (and the aftermarket price is crazy) so this will be a perfect chance to get him!

I think it's a safe bet as recent PFs have been fully sculpted. I'm more a fan of mixed media for the PFs, but have the Fett/Carbonite one on order as I think it looks pretty good. I am anxious to see this and if it's a straight Ewan head sculpt, one of each or the combo that they attempted with the 1/6 nomad Kenobi (which I thought was pretty good...).Im all in for Mythos in 1/4 scale, but only if fully sculpted

I am a fan of mixed media for PF as well, I think the ragged real cloth will work best for Mythos Obi.
As for the head sculpt, I wish they do 2 sculpts.. basically, everything I loved from the 1/5 scaled mythos Obi but in 1/4 scale, it would be great for me.
