Hot Toys - 1/6 The Mandalorian Cobb Vanth

I know the head sculpt isn't the best, but I really like this figure. Just got mine in today and was loving the details. I almost want two so I can display both looks. (just don't have the room for it).

Mine's paid off and processing from PopCultcha. Had pennies to spend and by the time I decided to get him he was sold out out most places...from what I see, no regrets, great costume details, sculpt looks fine to me - I wanted him for my Mando S1/S2 group.

Waiting for my waitlist! Convert!

Got mine. Yes the hs can be better but overall a fun figure!

Great pics! Still waiting on my waitlist. Fingers crossed.

Really fantastic figure in hand. As I expected, the head sculpt is better in person than in some of the blown up, zoomed in photos. Has a great shelf presence!

Thats what id like to know.
Finally shipping from HK to Pop in record speeds.
I was surprised to see it instock when I ordered 3PO last week.
That price scares me though.
Even some of the local Ebay Sellers like GoFigure had it up 2 weeks ago.

The price IS scary. Looking at the surprising amount of details in the costume - and accessories - with today's costs it's probably sort of reasonable. But if I hadn't had some Pop pennies that had been sitting I probably would have passed. Who can say tho, he may go on sale at Popcultcha at some point.

According to tracking mine finally left Australia.

Yeah GoFig has become schizophrenic when it comes to 1/6.

Plus I would never ever do full instock price at PC. Madness. I’ve been monitoring release dates and then time my preorder a month or so before they get stock.

One last batch of photos (first batches at #960 and #967).

HT should hire you for posing and photography! Your subtle leg positioning gives him so much more attitude than my museum pose!

Pics that remind me of why Hot Toys at their best is why we pay $$$$$$. Well, one reason. Another tho HT gets a lot of bashing, is their ability to do to-scale costumes with great details to-scale.

IMO the difference between a "doll" and a "figure".

Mine has made it from Australia to the U.S. according to tracking.

Haha thank you! I did spend a lot of time fiddling with his legs to try and give him that Cobb Vanth/Olyphant swagger as best I could. I don't even know how to describe it except to imagine the man has cinder blocks strapped to his feet and is trying to walk anyway

Thank you! And I wouldn't say no to a swoop bike I figured the speeder bike would substitute in for that shot just fine though. And it's funny, one pair of hands that come with Cobb look like they serve no other purpose than gripping handlebars. Maybe they need to make his over-compensating rocket
