I hear that the C.O Seventh Doctor figure won't have these as it will be based on how the Doctor is looking for the most of the film in Ghost Light.

You are right. He also sold his little Seventh Dioctor figure for me which is here. He looks so good among the rest of the C.O Doctor figures.
