I think it's abbreviated as PU (polyurethane) leather. Still artificial leather regardless. Durability/degradation of the material will still be a concern over time.
I love the v2 more than the v1as it's definitely more screen accurate. And this is one of those figures which comes through as being better in-hand in my view. I like the v1 HS on it better though. The winking one on the other hand doesn't fit well on it. Takes a bit of fenagling to get it on...
Okay, since I already taken out v1, I might as well put it on here for reference. Please note that I did enlarge the neck ball peg on the body to have the heads fit properly. The regular head fits fine, but for some reason, the alternate winking head seems to sit much lower and harder to fit...
The HS of the original will be disproportionately big on the smaller body used. SS is using a TBLeague S24A (pale version of the S25B) body for this. You might need to enlarge the neck ball peg (the small S24A body has a smaller neck ball peg compared to standard neck ball pegs) to fit the old...
I got mine recently and did a quick bash putting Villa's head on a Phicen and using a Phicen body/head for the suit.
Took a while to take the foot out and relace the boots to make it look a little better than the spaghetti twists they were doing with it.

Yeah. That's true with Phicen bodies. I due the same where I'll do a photo shoot and then put them back in a static no action pose. They are very nice indeed but have to be careful with them still. Even keeping a bend in the joint for long period will crease and be retained on the body.
At any...
I'm cross posting from OSW. Some shots didn't turn out as well but gives you all an idea.

They are Old Timer series which I believe is their 'Masterpiece' line?
But they should be a little taller than BB, but shorter than Brawn. That would be a good size for them.
I really do think they did a great job representing them. But I'll probably wait and see first. I rather spend the...
Oh, wow. I would really love to have this. Looks mostly all plastic with little to nothing else to offer. I'll wait and see when it's released and reviews for this go up (hopefully). But the price tag on this is just :gah:
Cool. Almost excellent G1 representation with a few quirks. But maybe it's just me.
In alt mode: Kickback's front legs look pitifully small and weird for some reason, but Bombshell and Shrapnel are just about perfect.
In bot mode: Bombshell's legs look off, but Kickback and Shrapnel are just...
LOL. Yeah, it becomes vintage collectibles and depending on rarity can fetch a good price. Like my original MIB Megazord and Dragonzord with Green Ranger. Stickers never applied, complete 100%.
I would be interested too. I'm looking into Detolf modding threads to get ideas on how to raise shelves. I have some Tonner dolls I would like to display, but they don't' fit in Detolfs without wasted space.
I hope I can post some of my TF pics here. If not mod can remove them.
I'm not into Smokescreen so didn't bother adding him to my collection. But Prowl and Silverstreak are very nice. Prowl being one of my favourites as a child. Silverstreak just looks damn good and I like the repro label...
True, but it is supposed to be 'top-tier' compared to the regular toy line and meant as an adult collectible. Which means in this definition 'high-end'. This is why I really don't bother with the term. Collectible or Adult Collectible is more suited here as it is more realistic to me than...
