It's a publicity photo straight from Stan's Instagram. I doubt they'd purposefully make his head bigger in a promo pic.

The head isn't too big and the body isn't too small. It turns out Sebastian Stan just has a giant head.

It's basically the IW headsculpt, with short hair. All the facial details are almost exactly in the same spots as the IW sculpt. They may have made tiny adjustments, but I doubt this a completely new sculpt.

Will there be another breakdown of Cyclops? The parts went too fast :gah:
