Finally got to unbox Destro...pictures don't do him justice. He's a great figure that continues the blending of ARAH homage and Sideshow modernism. I preferred the EX sculpt, much better than the standard. Here are my pics:

I'm wondering since Sideshow is not using the G.I. Joe ARAH license, would it be available to purchase by another company? Or did they buy it for like ten years and can sit on it until it runs out? I'm bummed about no new Joes. I was really hoping for Scarlet or Lady Jaye. I guess I'll have...

For sure we will see Destro, with some previously released figures like Baroness and maybe even Storm Shadow assassin or Major Bludd. I'm hoping we get some more Joes after the last two years of Cobra. Scarlett or Lady Jaye anyone?

Besides the delayed Destro, will Sideshow be unveiling anything at San Diego Comic Con?

Are the treads on the tank those little sensors you get inside DVDs that need to be de-magnetized to not set off alarms in the store?
