Which Hot Toys Infinity War figures will you buy?

I really like everything about cap from IW especially the beard but it would be my first and probably only cap figure and I don't have the funds or space for multiple figures of the same character but I hated those shields and he doesn't come with his traditional sheild at all.

Could always sell the ones he comes with and buy a regular shield.

I passed on Black Widow since I prefer and own the Civil War version. Pretty close to cancelling Cap.

I have multiple Caps but if I could only afford one or have space for one I'd wait.


In the end I'm only gonna end up with Bucky, Cap, and BW and WM as I can afford the last two. And and Outrider or two if they ever get made.

I'd love Eitri but doubt he'd ever get made. SW not sure. Vision I will pick up whenever. Okoye if they make her.

Last April I thought I’d be “disciplined” and just get Thanos and Mark L, but now I have those plus Thor, Strange, and Iron Spider locked in, and I’ve been giving Winter Soldier meaningful glances.

I’ll be honest Infinity War was THE only reason that I eventually got on board with Cap in the MCU. I always thought he was somewhat corny throughout his movies, but it all changed when he caught Proxima’s spear.... I learned to appreciate him more as a character after that scene..

LOL. Ironically Cap in IW has little screen time or character development in this story. But if one popcorn seen got you onboard, welcome!

Already posted my list a few pages back. That being said I’m now also considering Bucky. I’d get Cap but I only plan on one of him so waiting to see his more classic suit in A4. Wish they’d make the black order. I’d buy all 4 of them. Even a Corvus Glaive and Outrider 2 pack like they did with Rocket & Groot.

Leaning towards putting Iron Spider on pre-order with Spooktacular my thinking being this figure is probably sure to go up in value & if he is not the version of Spider-Man I keep moving forward; I can flip it & still be ahead on the deal.

Hard Passes

Teen Groot - too many leg breaks for my liking.
Rocket - Same figure as one I already own.
Cap, Widow & Iron Man - too movie specific for my tastes & I prefer the CW designs in all cases.
Hulkbuster 2 - They lost me at Power Pose & not a fan of the design anyway.
Bucky - The Winter Soldier from C:WS is still the design I like best for this character.

Aside from Rocket there isn't a figure that I haven't ordered from Infinity War and that's only because I have the Vol 2 version of Rocket. I'm still holding out hope for some of the Black Order, Ebony Maw would be great. I can see Hot Toys milking the Marvel license for years so maybe one day we'll get some of the villains they passed on. I still hope we get Valkyrie one day too.

Vids and pics coming out from Tokyo Comic Con - lot of buzz about new Figuarts...HT still showing Outrider and other figs don't know if we will ever get. Hope HT doesn't screw Bucky up he looks amazing - tho it may be same prototype they had at SDCC.






I'd probably at least get Cap and Bucky Figuarts...am so weak... Looks like Figuarts is stepping up where HT won't.

Just ended up with Thor. I originally was going to buy Cap too, but cancelled it. Bought an Age of Ultron Cap to have the magnetic shield feature and a great looking figure.

Has Hot Toy said anything about releasing Scarlet Witch for next year yet or should I just give up & get the Age of Ultron Scarlet Witch?

Why can't Hot Toys get Liz Olsen's face right and yet S.H. Figuarts can.

I didn't think I was going to buy any, but I've ended up ordering Thor, Iron Man, Strange and Bucky.


I don't care for IW Sscarlet Witch - that orange-ish hair isn't working for me, and the outfit is basically CW.
