Nice! I’m happy with mine, even though he’s kinda being dwarfed at present. :lol

I’d love to see these guys on store shelves again, along with more modern “old school turtles.” Ghostbusters and Ronin Warriors too. Man, I’m really gonna miss Toys’R’Us. Target and Books-A-Million are about the only places worth going to anymore, around here.

Considering the last time I saw Bandai Lion-o , which was on clearance at TRU many moons ago, felt bad for the business :lecture

Yeah TRU leaving will definitely impact my Neca hunting..how about Gamestop or Barnes and Noble make a deal with NECA, it’s obvious Target and Walmart don’t care

Luckily I am close by WA state and I have been finding most of my TMNT toys at the closest Wal Mart there. Except Muckman which I don't seem to be able to find.
In Canada there's not a lot of new TMNT toys. After skipping a few waves, we got in the Samurai Turtles along with lots of Usagi restock.
And we were thinking Usagi will be hard to find....
For my other collecting like NECA and Marvel and DC. It's easier for me to shop online. Cost less, easier to find.

Yeah, lol. You should have seen the the toy isle from November to March. There was nothing. Wrestling and old crappy Transformers. Oh, and cruddy DCEU stuff.

Speaking of playmates..I remember 2016, 2017, TMNT SDCC panel they had so much product planned up to 2019 . I never saw half the stuff they revealed and planned from SDCC. Basically I never saw this new product in the stores

WTF happened to the Turtle franchise :dunno

It went pc and turned into this:

They look awful. The weapon changes are awful. The powers aspect I’ve heard about sounds awful. Splinter is a hamster or gerbil... not really sure which. Shredder is probably going to look even worse.

That’s what happened to TMNT. They went from the amazing CGI series that old school fans and kids alike cherished and adored... to this. Huh? Okay then. See you in five years when the product line fails, ratings tank and the guys in charge are begging Nickelodeon to renew the license agreement.

Looks like a Ben10 knightmare :panic:

Yep, I won’t have anything to do with it. Pixel Dan seems to be into it and that’s cool and all... but yeah, no thanks.

Sucks that companies think this is the kind of animation that they think kids are into nowadays.

A lot of the youth are into vintage

I disliked the Bay Turtles at first, but it still felt organic enough that I found some enjoyment out of the two films. There is no way in hell I would watch the new show. Or buy the toys. Not even as a kid.

:exactly: two films. Shia might have his problems but his character balanced out the franchise of films , were as Wahberg buried it :lecture

Wait, was Shia in those? o_O

Neither Bay Turtle films compare to the original three 90s films. And the first one is still so damn good. Still, I like the CGI films well enough that I’d be interested in a third. Likely never happen now though.

Sorry I forgot Bay did turtles :lol I was speaking Transformers. Anyway yeah New Line Cinema ( They still around) :lol brought life to the Turtles, however Turtles 3 was just a mess.

Ironic that Martial artist Ernie Reyes Jr, played a character in Turtles 2 but he was Donatello’s stunt double in the first film

I might agree with you but the 3rd TMNT film where they go to the past is the worst TMNT movie of all time. Even when I watched it as a kid with all the TMNT hype, I disliked it.

I know we all dislike Michael Bay for what he did to the TFs, but his TMNT movies are nowhere near as bad as that 3rd movie.

My TMNT movie/cartoon ranking.

1. TMNT movie (1990)

2. TMNT (2012) show

3. TMNT (2003) show

4. TMNT 2 (1992)

5. TMNT original cartoon

6. TMNT (Bay)

7. TMNT 2 (bay)

8. TMNT 3

I've never seen the CGI film.

This look ****ing terrible. They cancelled the last series which was awesome for this garbage?

I don’t think they cancelled it. It just ran its course. Now we’ve got years to suffer through this horsecrap. Leo isn’t even the leader. Rumors say he earns the title, but still. It’s all just very meh sounding. It looks like a bastardization of Samurai Jack’s art style on top of that.

As for TMNT 3, it was fun as a child. I can definitely see the complaints though.
