You might as well. I remember with Star Lord, after shipping from Japan it was the same price either way with or without the explosions so why not pay the same and get more.

Curious guys, have never owned an SH Figuarts figure, so I know nothing about them or purchasing. What's different about the US release versions? And then are those available through the normal US retailers like BBTS?

They all say "universal release date" on the promo page or on Tamashii Nations' IG so I think they all come out same for the world

The US versions are bundled with effects or stage pieces so they’re more expensive than the Japanese versions. They have to bundle them because hasbro’s marvel license bars other companies from selling 6-inch figures below $70 so they bundle the effects pieces to bump the price up. If you don’t care for the add ons then getting the Japanese versions is better cost-wise. The US versions are available at BBTS. You can also find them at Amazon, Barnes and Noble and sometimes, TRU.

Yea bluefin hasn’t announced when pre-orders for the US versions will be opening. I usually find out from their twitter account.

I'm doing that for almost every one that is going to get a US release. If you wait it out and buy them on sale you can get great deals on Amazon/Barnes and Nobles after a while.
Check Anime-Export, I get all of my web exclusives from them.
