Here are my two Connery Bond figures. I'm pretty happy with the new Goldfinger Bond. I added thigh padding and larger Hot Toys hands. Next I need a Connery in a Dr No tux and the gray ninja outfit from the end of You Only Live Twice.

Well, it has to be said, any misgivings I had about this line are fast disappearing. The only minus points on Sean as far as I can see are that he seems a bit short and the shoulders are oddly hunched giving him a short looking neck and they make the jacket not hang right. I'm considering getting just the head and outfit and putting them on a DID body, which will give him the height and the shoulders are better in relation to the neck.

I do think, however, that, for the most part, BCS will have done enough to satisfy Babs so the future of this license looks secure....

That's good news, Rogerbee...

What happened to Raymond F in here? Did he get his set?
He once told me he'll be out of town till 05.01, so ,I think we'll not get his feedback before date.

Still of the mind that Bond needs a taller body to take away that somewhat ape-like stance. As is, the jacket and pants just don't look to hang right to me. The custom Connerys I've seen with Yunsil suits look better.

Professionally tailored suits (both at scale and full scale) are always going to look better than mass produced, off the rack ones. That's a given.

Very true, the right body does also help though. Even that old SSC Bond tux looks good on a DID body I have and it never did on others, including TT's.

Oddjob's eyes should come to Connery's chin -- which they do on mine -- and Goldfinger's eyes should be at Connery's nose -- which they also are on mine. You may need to straighten out the bodies a bit. But they are pretty much spot on amongst themselves.

Can't wait to get these guys nose-rub free to have a good first impression experience. I feel bad for some of you guys that got these early, BUT, very soon, probably about the same time I get mine, you'll have a second first impression!
