I had to do some searching to get the name, and even then had to extrapolate a couple of characters, but knowing what I learned while searching, I'm 99.99999% sure I got the name right.

I’ve been staring at the letters since yesterday morning and cannot figure out those words...

As soon as I saw the movie again it hit me when I saw what it was. All of the google searching in the world wasn't helping.

Definitely a great puzzle.

I thought I met you once at SDCC, years ago, and recall we were around the same age. Perhaps I'm thinking of something else. Are you sub-50, or above?

We probably did meet at the Sideshow party.

This was the first year I went - 2007 (****** with the bluetooth)

2009 I didn't go as I traveled to the midwest for a 10 trip for my 20 year reunion and to visit boardies form the Spawn boards
