Still waiting... :huh

Usual turnaround would mean they should get back to you today or tomorrow.

Perhaps they are considering a total recall ?

(* EDIT - ah - wrong gif - my bad . . .
. . . that's how we felt when we GOT this! *)

.

Yeah, I'm not worried about it. There was a time over the summer when it was nearly 2 weeks before I'd hear back.

The ONLY bad thing here is that the more time I have with it in a Detolf, the more I am getting attached to it.

Still waiting... :huh

Me too, they must have quite the back log to catch up with...

I am intreagued as to what their response will be. I don't expect it will be any different to the usual standard replies. But have we ever had something so universally snubbed and returned in such numbers before? It may do them well to offer people a very large partial refund to keep them. What's the alternative? These will never sell at full RRP now..

You're correct. My bad.

All good dude, I understand this experience has left yourself and a few others feeling very angry and rightly so. For what it's worth, I do hope Sideshow do the right thing by you and anyone else who got this.

This whole thing reminds me of the Big Chap Legendary Scale bust, but worse. That was at least polystone, but the whole thing looked like a large cookie jar. I was incredibly disappointed when j unboxed mine, but luckily mine arrived with some QC issues, so I simply asked for a refund.

Thanks for taking the time to write the review and take/post all those pics Matt - REALLY great job my friend :clap :clap :clap

It looks awesome in those pics - but (as you say) that is NOT what it looks like in-hand.

I sat mine next to a few of my Son's Funko Pop! figures - and that is EXACTLY what it looks like in-hand :(

.

This is quite ironic as these things normally look better in hand compared to pics, lol. Can't believe it looks like a funko pop!

Yeah, nothing against you. I have just been a bit frustrated at this whole situation. This, the Blitzway Ghostbusters 4 pack and the Iron Studios Vader were the 3 items I was most excited about this fall. Wolf Pred ended up puting me in a sour mood. LOL I did not mean to vent at you.

Totally get it man, I'd feel the same. Everyone is a little on edge over this lol. The reactions on Facebook have been far worse haha. I hope the other pieces turn out better for you :)

so, do all of them have those hideous numbers on the dreads? At 50% off, I'd consider it and have the bust fixed up, but not sure if I'd even pay $300 if it has those numbers everywhere.

It's part of the castings - so yup.

Now I know what you mean, I checked mine - I have a "16" too, along with a "31" on the dred next to it, and a "17" and "32" on dreds on the other side . . . and it goes on-and-on-and-on.

Basically, seems like they ALL have numbers, and it just depends on how they have been put in place as to whether you can see them or not.

When they said these were the first dreds sculpted with texture - that was NOT what I thought they had in mind :wacky

Once again . . .

Got a reply from Sideshow. They r issuing full refund including the shipping since some of my dreads has scratches. I have to destroy it & provide pics first, good news for international collectors.
