I'll be grabbing it. Even if there's a movie version at some point, probably won't be the same accessories and at the earliest would be announced in 2020.

Do wish it had a second head, but the sculpt is still cool.

I wonder if this will be a Sideshow Exclusive or not

I'm the same. I'm trying to focus my collection purely around the OT because of space and finance, but this figure has really grabbed my interest.

...........I REALLY love the concept of this figure. I loved the KENOBI novel and was really jazzed when they previewed it. However, for $260.00 I WANT the McGregor head option like they did for the Mythos statue. I get the appeal of the Guinness likeness but the costume and the accessories to me, clearly belong to the prequel era Obi-wan.

This is well put. The stuff this guy is carrying is a better match for McGregor era Kenobi and this is more Guinness. I still like it though. $260 is definitely too much but still less than I thought they would ask. It's a difficult preorder because of the usual sideshow paint and QC concerns.

It looks good and the price is okay for what you get (at least compared to what Sideshow typically charges). The fact that it's a Mythos figure and not from the films means I'll be passing though. I'd rather see what comes from the official Obi-Wan spinoff film.

Wasnt SideShow charge their previous Kenobi Mythos at $349.99 ? Sadly i enter SW 1/6 figures and statues kinda late..or else I would grab both SS Vader and Boba Fett awsome mythos line statues .

Holy crap. An actual young Alec Guinness as Obi-Wan Kenobi figure. It's like he's the real OT Kenobi from an alternate and unseen prequel era. I just might *have* to have this!

I'm with you on this one. But I'm going to swap out the head with my spare HT head... not a fan of this sculpt.

I'm half expecting them to have an Exclusive version that comes with a second head. But natural law says this will only happen after I put a down-payment on the normal version.

But agreed, a second sculpt would've been cool. Though, it's cheaper than I expected.
