Looks pretty close to me.

Now that we had three Margot Robbie Harley Quinns, may we please get the 2012 announced Batman Returns Catwoman, HT?

No.

Hot Toys doesn't think that would sell as well as pole dancing Harley and training day Wonder Woman.

The TA WW looks great, not so much this figure. They'll get round to Returns Catwoman sooner or later surely.

I think he's just displaying disagreement that they're so quick to launch lesser variations of characters, which share little screen time, whereas Pfeiffer's Catwoman gets the shaft still to this day. Not that they're necessarily bad or anything.

I'm honestly not sure why they haven't gotten to her yet. All feature film DC comics females, as well as villains, deserve a spot with the male heroes.

As much as I love the BR Catwoman, and would love to see HT make one... I think this is purely down to sales figures, and like it or not Harley Quinn is a massive seller... she's popular with both male and female collectors.
Looking at how HT have released figures recently, Harley must be selling for them to produce another version.

I'm sure that's true but I think a Pfeiffer Catwoman would sell extremely well to. Still the definitive big screen Catwoman for most.

Finally got a chance to check out this thread. Like several other freaks, I find this HT effort to be disappointing due to the exposed joints. But I do think it's a good sculpt. Once it's parted out, it's likely that I'll try to pick it up for an alternate look for the OG Harley.

I agree with this statement. But it ultimately makes the figure and it's parted out sculpt more expensive. Ebay sellers (for example) will read this. They will pre-order & purchase as many as possible, then sell the sculpts for $100 a peice. Have any of you seen the popular price for the BvS WW sculpt? I've only seen it a few times on ebay. But each was between $85-$100. Aftermarket sellers of HTs will make BANK from this Harley!!!!

I wonder if HT will use this sculpt for a harlequin Harley. Since it doesn't have sculpted hair, the headwear could easily fit over it.

We still need:

Psychiatrist Harley
Civilian Harley
Belle Reve transportation Harley (with restraints)
Unused sparkly prom dress Harley
Classic Jester Harley (lowest priority)
Prison Harley (Belle Reve introduction version with long hair)
BD Harley (drippy makeup and wet hair from the enchantress fight scene)
Bartender Harley (variation of the BD Harley, just with some shot glasses)

Get on it, Hot Toys. :impatient:

Not gonna lie, I would probably buy a psychiatrist/civilian Harley, as well as the battle-worn version near the film's end, with hopefully better stockings and knees. :lol

Well, if they sell, they'll make 'em... look at the Chinese plate patterned Stormtrooper!

Who knows why HTs makes several versions of "this character" but only makes 3 versions of "that character." I wonder if they look at global sales when making production decisions based on sales, or if they focus mostly on Asian market purchases?

Well HT sells gobally so why would they only focus on the Asian market?
