I got a thank you card as well. What an absolute waste of money. Put that thank you card money back in the budget and put it toward a 2017 calendar. They haven't done one of those in a few years.
I think the last one I remember getting was 2013 or 14

Definitely the brightest statue in my collection, the colors really pop.. she stands out nice from across the room. The base has hints of lavender in it, very subtle effect ..and some copper as well in a few spots.
Custom case I built for her..
FYI, I fixed the cape around the neck after the photos were taken, its now tucked into her neck.

They did it with the Captain Marvel as well.. must be a new thing they're doing. At first I thought it was a discount card and was bummed when all it said was thank you
..but I guess it's a nice gesture. At least Supergirl came with a discount code.

I couldn't disagree more, the in hand pictures CyberWarrior put up on the previous page look great!
Really happy I stuck with this one, will have it in hand, hoping by the end of the week.
Most pieces within the last couple years can be had at pretty much retail. They are making way too many at way too high of a price. That's not to say they are all bad...most of them look pretty damn good to me. This piece isn't my preference design or sculpt wise but it looks pretty solid in terms of sculpt quality and paint app. To each his own but I have become CRAZY selective now in what I preorder. Almost to the point where if they don't release any X-men anymore, I might be done save buying one statue every year or so.
