Anyway, I love both the DC and Marvel world, but unfortunately all the great collectibles seem to cater to the Marvel side, so I am thinking of cutting off my ties with the DC collectibles with the odd exception like Takara Batman and Hot Toys Superman.

I've been selling off a lot of my collection and focusing more on Marvel & DC 1:4 statues and some busts. The only figures I have left are my 13" DCD collection....which I love but have considered pruning a bit.
Don't you have the DCD 1:4 Museum Statues, Eli? While they aren't as nice as the Sideshow PF, they are still great collectibles. I'm keeping both Superman and Batman, and I have the Wonder Woman on preorder.

Howabout posting some pics of the Superman?? It looks terrible online, and I was wondering if it was really that hideous in person. The Batman and upcoming Wonder Woman rock though.

No, I love the DCD 1/4... I think the sculpt is cleary underrated on the Superman piece. He just suffers from simple paint apps. Been thinking of having one of the master painters on here repaint him.

I'd love to see that! The solicit photos for Superman didn't do the piece any justice. There are only 1000 of them and I think that eventually they will be sought after. I have #147
