They emailed me an invoice for the balance after I emailed them so hopefully I get it this week.

Not sure why they are doing it that way, the original payment was setup to auto pay when it was ready and says it will charge next year some time. I am not sure if they have to cancel that or not.

Im the same. I still prefer the chrome looking SS endo but this does look like a real nice sculpt. Cant decide if I like the base or not.

Rafa has already painted his mirror chrome. Looks real nice.

I really like the base more than I expected. I decided to sell mine though as I have the full version due in next year and don't need both.

Now it seems the new batch of their full size endoskeleton will likely to have 'chrome' look. Shame the bust was done in this way.

Properly painted they would have been perfect, a shame they could not get the finish right sent to China.

HCG and SS both did Version 2 editions, so might see these again too in chrome.

Don't think that would ever happen, otherwise those people who bought dull version will be mad.

Yep. I actually like the finish on mine. Makes it look more sinister with the way I have it lighted. Too many reflections with shiny chrome.

Well. I just want it to be as close as possible to the original props, which is shiny/reflective 'chrome' looking and I believe most of fans want that way.
But I still think even the original design of T:G endoskull is not on the same level of T1/T2 design.

The T:G props have a shiny metallic finish but they're not reflective chrome. If you prefer the T1/T2 design you have chrome options from other companies. :dunno

To me, it's shiny/reflective, as to whether it's painted, chrome or whatever technique, I don't care. It should be just like that, or at least close.
This topic has been discussed longtime ago, don't want to bring it up again.
I'm done.

Have you seen the pics of the most recent 1:1 paint they posted over on SF Zod? As an owner of the BR painted one I wanted to get your opinion. It looks more like the above pic to me, but not quite as well applied.

That's because it's only a test sample with an automotive clear coat applied to it for protection.

I'd like to see the whole thing completed and a pic taken in normal lighting, but if the end result is a nice even finish then I think that paint will look pretty damn good.
