He looks great but he does look small compared to the other PFs in the display. Even the bulk.

I just checked and 1/4 20" equals 1/1 2.03 meters (6.66 ft). Wasn't Prowse (+helmet) bigger than that?

Hows his size compared to new PF Boba? Since some are going to pair them together, there should be a significant difference in height and size

I am pairing vader and Kyloren with Boba, I measured Boba and he is about 16 to 17 inches tall, so its right

according to Wookiepedia Vader is 2.03m = 6'8" = 80" / 4 (quarter scale) = 20" .. they nailed the size !

This sounds sarcastic, but I mean it genuinely... This looks great lit up in a dark corner.

I still don't like it enough to buy it, but I'm glad they added the cool lighting for those who do like the pose etc...

There's an A/C and battery option for the base. The belt and chest piece use a battery.

Scale looks good. He measures at 20" tall. Were you thinking he is too big or too small?

He seems a little small. I was comparing him to all of the PFs around him. Don't get me wrong it looks good. But I think because SSC included that base they thought it would be okay to shrink him down a tad. Just sayin.

The owner said he's massive. Here's hoping. Also, in that pic he is on a lower shelf as well.

I said this before that I think the Kylo Ren base will light up. Mainly the red round pieces around the base. I thought they were the saber hilt bottoms. Additionally I feel the Voltron lion numbers around the base will light up and the long shot is the NO Trooper base. It does have options to where it can light up maybe with white but not betting on it but the other 2 I think surely will.

Remember they hid the Vader base features till the end and I had said it looks like it will light up but of course how could we know it would. I've already heard by many not to expect others to light but unless you work there you don't know. Maybe this is the new style for all other PFs to follow but of course if it can be done. Sandtrooper base not so much lol they can put a red led in the skulls eye.

Yeah he's huge I mean 27" is 27". I have my shelf adjusted to around 32" so he's got headroom lol and I'm like dayum. Boba Fett is shorter and he's huge already.

I see from the pic he has to be put to the side off center to accommodate the saber. For me it should leave space for a smaller 1/6 Vader.

If you exclude the base Vader is standing on and put him next to C-3PO will he be in scale? That's what I'm concerned with. I realize OVERALL it looks huge, I can see that. But, Boba Fett looks bigger than Vader, and I'm referring to the bulk of the figure itself. Vader should be more massive than the rest. I would think.

The scale looks good here. I've never seen changes in scale once it's at the prototype stage. Should be very close to this.

Glorious! Belt n chest not a big deal, but I can plug the base n saber into a remote power switch like I do with the Iron Man n Iron Patriot maquettes so I don't have to open the case to turn them on n off all the time. Plus he will make an excellent night light haha.

I'm just excited to display this thing. I never measure Fett but I will in a minute.

Ok so I measure Fett. The top of the tape is level with the top of the helmet even if it looks like it's not. It's the angle trust me I checked 4 times.

So he's 17" with the bent leg so straight day 18"ish Vader is 20" seems ok right

It's fine to me. It's funny how this piece went from being too big to too small. It wouldn't be a new statue release without people flipping out over something. Lol
