I got a couple of the knock off heads with the goal of repainting one. We all know how good the factory paint apps are so it might seem kind of silly, but I wanted to see if I could improve on the likeness. Anyhow, here's a couple of side by side shots. The stock head is on the left and my repaint is on the right. Let me know what you guys think.

Yeah I definitely prefer your repaint. You've not only improved the eyes and made his skin tone less pale, but the darker beard seems to improve the likeness quite a bit as well. Great job.

Yeah, I think that repaint looks rather good, brings out Ford even more. Certainly more than the Inigo V2, it's an odd one that, all the Ford features are there, but as a whole I don't see Ford there somehow.

It think it works for Indy as he was at the beginning of the movie, he had that end of quest look and his beard was a bit thicker. If you pose him with the idol it'd really work.

So I messed up pretty much with my Indy TOD shirt.
I tried to make it more clear, using water and bleach.... now the shirt is pink.

I am looking for a replacement shirt.
While I wait for Toy Anxiety to part another Indy... do you have any suggestion? can you recomend another shirt? one that looks similar to Indy's....

You could also try white fabric paint spray. It sprays on like a regular rattle can.

Unfortunately pink is a not uncommon outcome when dyed fabric hits color remover. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
