Is he the lead in the sequel ? I havent seen it so not sure. Is it any good or worth seeing ?

Yes he's the lead. The movie is a decent rental or blu ray, but pales in comparison to 300. Sullivan Stapleton does a serviceable job, but an Athenian general is just not the same as a Spartan king. There's also a bit more Xerxes. Basically the movie was like the semi-cool stuff that happened before, during and after the really, really cool stuff.

Artmesia is the only saving grace - that women is bloody hell so pretty!

I'm watching this now on tv and they really need to add the battle damage to the mask and add the cut down his face , it would add a lot of character to it

He is the main hero. The movie's worth watching for the spectacle, way over the top - don't expect any award winning acting performances though. If you liked 300 you should have a look.

I will give it a go then. I believe JB Hi Fi has the blu ray going dirt cheap anyway so will pick it up along with 300. Bet there won't be a part three then given how quiet the 300 fandom has been lately. Or at least seems to be for me.

I wouldn't expect more than what we already know since they added a bunch of more licenses to the mix.
