thank you jedijim!

I want to add shoe polish to the belt and turn it darker. But apart from that, there's not much left in Luke to do.

I am now waiting for Boba Fett HT, I hope it will fit nicely in this part of the shelves.

My collection is still growing... :slap

Wondering if anyone can help a fellow freak out here, I've had the dx07 Luke set for a while and I've been putting off turning the clean version of Luke into Jedi Luke. So today I caved in and managed to pick up the sideshow Luke skywalker. The medi was double the price. Has anyone got a pic of the dx07 body and head with all sideshow outfit/robes? I'd love to see how it looks. I'm probably gonna make the vest darker, maybe dye it.

The Sideshow cloak is a better material than the medi. I think it looks spot on. I've got a mix with mine. SS and medi parts. Both are good but I think sideshow looks better. Just my opinion.

Thanks man. I've bought the full sideshow figure as it was all I could get my hands on for what I could afford at the moment. My main concern is the jumpsuit being too big and looking rubbish. That and the boots too. I'm sure with some futzing and posing I'll get it looking good!

I didn't have much luck with the SS jumpsuit but I was using the HT Bespin Luke body. I thought it was very baggy but for some reason others look just fine. I just preferred the fit of the Medicom suit better. It may be a bit smaller than it needs to be but I just like it more.

That's why I'm a bit worried, I've seen a few pics of it looking really baggy. But then others and it looks ace. I'll be having him with the vest and cloak on at all times. Which will probably hide a lot of imperfections. I'll have to post some pics when I get it this week :)

In my opinion, the medicom suit plus a TTM 22 slim body is the best fit.

If you are using DX07 body, Sideshow jumpsuit will fit it, but you will need to make the body bulkier, kind of a make your own fat suit in some areas, for a better fit.

If you also wear the vest and belt, the look gets better overall.

Maybe it's just an issue of futzing.

Haha I can see what's gonna happen here, I'm gonna get the sideshow stuff, not be happy and just have to shell out for the medicom haha! Jedijim and parrasmaniac, your jedi Luke's are the business. The pics you've posted in here are why I'm trying this custom!

thanks for the nice words, roger. Myself, I also looked up to other fellow members' work and then did mine.

Great pics man. The "Obi" or cloth belt is a bit too high. The leather belt should sling around the center of the Obi and be lowered.

One more nit pic if it matters to you but his Tabard vest should overlap left on top of right like you are buttoning a shirt.
