I'm pretty confident these aren't meant to represent the turtles as children. They are stylized like a bobble head.

Yeah I think they aren't made for baby Turtles. Just the bobble head type of merch. It's cool that they come with accessories. Just not a fan of that kind of stuff

Has anyone made a pre-order on Collectibles Direct UK for the First Gokin Krang? It's advertised on their site for a February 2016 release, but I haven't hard anything after all this time.

you are talking about the FIRST FIRST Gokin Krang or the SECOND FIRST Gokin Krang? First was release last year, Second is not out yet.

You could see it that way but the larger head deform design is what Herocross has been doing for their hybrid metal line.

since the Baby Turtles proportion is coincidentally match Herocross designs, they decided to go ahead with Baby Turtles.

same as some of the Nendroids are actually in the correct proportion as some characters despite it being Super Deformed most of the time.

Looks pretty much like what we are getting.
nope, absolutely doesn't.
those are "baby faces" with small features.
those ugly toys discussed are turtles with giant heads. no baby fat / baby small details on the faces.
i posted that pic so that you could see you were wrong.

the picture you posted is the older version of young turtles. around 5-6 years human age, the "ugly toys" is around 1-2 years human age.

btw i think they are cute. ugly but adorable.

Finally got around to getting these figures.

Went to my local TRU and bought Raphael and Donatello, then had to head out further to another TRU to get Leonardo and Michaelangelo.

Should take'em out if the packet and see how well the articulation is

I ended up selling these off. Articulation is good but I just thought that I needed something better to display

Did you end up getting better TMNT Figures for display?

I was thinking about these Nickelodeon figures...

A lot more stylised and I somewhat prefer the original look

Then I remember the Tamashii Nations Version:

So good!

Think currently they are the best you can get for Classic Turtles.

The Bandai ones, looks higher quality & more accessories, but you can get 4 Classics for the price of 1 Bandai...

I like how you managed to get all 4 without them price tags, and even more impressed that all 4 Cards are in pristine condition.

Mine came with price tags which i ended up ripping bits of the card off while removing them. And they all had creases around the corners. But at least their paint job is alright. Worse part is the Belt tags some look like they just came out from an oven.

I replaced them with the revoltechs but decided to sell those too haha. I have two sets of NECA on display for now. Made room for new NECA and mondo
