It looks like they may have altered the sculpt, not sure. I also thought it was supposed to be a licensed figure :/

Thanks It looks like they changed the hair a bit to show more of his face. I don't know about anything beyond that. It's also just one pic, I'm sure the likeness will be more apparent with the release of more photos.
