Maybe i've not been clear enough and i apologize for my bad english that surely is the cause of the misunderstanding... but if you will read carefully my comment i'm sure that it won't be a problem for you to understand that i really like the bust, this the reason why i've bought it. I think it's not fair to quote and comment only my last sentence outside the original context.. it was just a way to say that nobody with a normal knowledge of Terminator (me included) will be able to notice the problems you see. So i prefer enjoying my bust instead of searching minimal defects, this is my opinion and i think it's lecit exactly as yours

Great comparsion...yes this bust is nothing for people who wants an accurate Endobust.
I saw this on the first look so I´m happy that I never preordered one.
Exactly. I'm not versed into Endo accuracy like i am on some Star Wars items. But even for me this bust isn't what I want. I already have the old SSC Endo bust plus the HCG one. They are enough until a company intends to make a more accurate Endo. This is not a $10 Hasbro toy. I'm tired of spending big money on things that "look nice", but are not close reasonably accurate.

No problem..buy what you want.But the bust is not really accurate...that is a fact.And that will also be a problem if you wanna sell it one day in the future.

Anyway, as said before i respect your opinion, just think you're a little too strict.That said, i have a question for you: what do you think about the old endo busts by Sideshow? Are they accurate?

Not 100% but a lot more as this new bust.And the clean chromeversion of the SS skull is only so expensive because its so rare.They had a lot of production faults with the clean one..so there are only a few perfect mades out there.
SS made only the battledamage ones after that because the black paint can hide defects in the chrome.
And I´m not so strict...I also have some collectibles in my collection that I only bought why I like them.But the question here was how accurate and how worthy this new bust is.

Imo,this is the nicest endo bust ever created by any company, despite its innacuracies.The design is stunning.
It's a given there will be plenty of people enjoying this beautifull bust c79!Congrats on your purchase!

I think the Chronicle Genisys bust is executed much better. The design is crisp and clean, so much more refined than endos from previous movies and Chronicle captured it perfectly. I would much rather have a T1 done to perfection than a Genisys though, but this ain't it. I agree that this is a beautiful bust, but what is that really saying? Any interpretation of anything can be beautiful, but in the end, it's just an interpretation. I'm not trying to be funny here, but what if they decided to give it fangs or put devilish horns on the top of its head. It might look awesome, but so what? It's not what it's supposed to be. I've got this on order, but I'm not happy about all of the inaccuracies. They couldn't even get the chip cover right. It's strikingly different from T2 and right on the top of the head, right out in the open, highly noticeable. That bugs me the most.
Chronicle endobust?
With the silver paint app which is nothing like the movie prop or even their own endo skeleton, and the poor cast quality makes many hard surface edge to become smooth or even melt looking, especially those hydraulic pipes...the early patch of sideshow endo did much better job than it, as well as XFX and HCG.

I'll agree about the paint looking different, but not the quality of the cast. If I need a microscope to see something, it's not an issue. I can see these problems from across the room.
Anyway, they're not 100% accurate and some of them even suffer from big quality problems as you said (clean version), nevertheless it seems that after a few years people sell them for 800/900$ (combat) or even more than 1000$ (clean).. this is one of the reasons why i'm pretty sure that this new bust won't lose its value in the next years. I've read a lot of discussions about accuracy. Some people prefer Sideshow, some others prefer HCG etc.. the truth is that every collectible will always have its haters or fans. In my humble opinion, and i don't want to convince you obviously, is that if it looks good then it's good. We are not talking about glaring faults or macroscopic inaccuracies... we are talking about details and details are just.... details indeed.
