I had to do justice to this sculpt as the paint was so very much a disappointment from the factory. Such a great sculpt demands a great paint up.

And my latest for 2016, SSC MK II.
It came out very good. Lights work good and I didnt see any major issues at all. In fact I had to look for the paint runs, it was hard to see any issues at all. I think you will all be very pleased.

Well I just got my first Pred today (quick phone pics)
I gave him a 8 out of 10
Maybe I'm new to this and don't know enough about the Pred but I can appreciate it for what it is.
Lots of good details, excellent pose, lots of accessories. Yes the paint is flat and not "fresh" and it doesn't pop but it's a dark character and not a comic spandex bright and colorful one, so I'm ok with it.
Will be worth a repaint? I think so, but who knows.

Very, very good move. Excellent paint work. This is a night and day improvement over the original paint.

I got my repainted Pred back. What a difference it makes just to touch up this statue.
I was going to get another to paint later, but at the moment keeping up with the orders is becoming difficult.

WE are!! It needed it, and Im sorry to say as with many products now coming from SSC

Agreed. It was like night and day when I received mine back.

And yes, it's a shame SSC's products need an upgrade in the paint department, but nothing beats a GOOD repaint by a pro. I actually just sent out my XM Thanos a few days ago, so we'll see how that turns out when I get him back. Very excited for the finished product.
