So just got done futzing with Tonys cape more and here are the results and its so sexy you cant get anymore natural drape then that.And most of the time you will be looking at your figure from the front.Another helpful tip I got was to go to your local craft store and they have tiny magnets that you can put in between the folds towards bottom of tonys cape which will add weight And keep the cape even more formed fit which I will experiment with tmrw when I get some magnets to play around.Its all about having fun guys and add some lighting and take your time and you will make any figure look bad ass.

I tried an clothes pin tied to a big magnet hopefully that works... so close yet so far lol

Well after carefully looking at the BR figure with Tonys cape.I got a very helpful tip.And that is turn batmans spikes on his gauntlet inwards because if you have it pointing straight out to the back it will cause a bit of that puffy look on tonys cape.I just now turned the spikes inwards and it helped.

If you are posing the cape over his arms, you can remove his gauntlets and hands altogether. That's how I've had my 89 Batman posed for years.

I can't really slag you for that as I've bought multiples of T-800s and T-1000s even for just alternate poses but to my eyes the mouth plates provided with this figure really don't offer enough of a difference. That was actually my number one disappointment...until I received mine with an arm break

At most I'd go 2 Batmans with this - one normal figure with closed mouth and one figure with the torn cowl and Wayne head from the full set. With 3 figures I think at that point I'd put one in the Batmobile.

Yeah they really should have given us the grimace/smirk face plate from when he's in the batmobile but I think the face plates are great. There definitely keaton-more so than the dx 09 I think.
No interest in the Wayne sculpt-it's an embarrassment in my opinion & takes away from the wow factor of the batman figure.
I'm going to
Display one with my other batmen in the detolf, one in my display case standing beside the batmobile-which I'm most excited about & the other I'm goin to put beside my TV (until the wife notices it)

This is just fantastic. Amazing job with that cape. I'll be heading to the hobby sure for magnets soon!

He mentioned using magnets to weigh the cape down and help control the folds for a very natural looking drape.

What did you use to make the magnets stay? I tried two clothespins with and weighed down heavy meagnet all night and nothing. Even tried re-ironing it still nothing.

I put it mostly within the folds so it is more hidden.But you can mess around with the magnet placements to your liking.And if you find a better place please share

yup magnet touching magnets.paperclip can work but you can possibly still see it depending on how you place them.
