Have any Canadians or CANADIAN retailers received their allotment of the SH Figuarts Awakening Goku yet? My retailer was supposed to get it in December, but says his supplier is having some difficulties with Bluefin Distribution at the moment.

Figuarts Zero EX Trunks SSJ, like Goku SSJ3 it's a great figure, really pleased with it.

The hair is the only thing I don't like, it's not transparent like it is in promo pics. Seems like hair is a recurring issue in this line, if EX Vegeta is to be counted

Dont get me wrong I know there'll always be flaws and as much as it may sound like it, im really not complaining about the fact that it's misaligned, moreso the fact that I cant ignore it now that I know about it. Luckily looks like it's easy to fix

the main flaw that's been irking me about this line are the deltoids on most of the figures (more than the ugly knee joints; you can at least hide the way they're presented) The way they stick out is an eyesore, especially when they've been using it from the beginning to now. it breaks the illusion of an actual muscle. it's crazy that until now with SWA Goku that they decided to update those delts. look at SWA Goku then at SSG Goku & tell me they don't look hella lame

Speaking of which, I wonder if Tamashii will re-use any tooling from Broly on Nappa (like his deltoids, biceps) since they're both big, bulky characters? Or is Broly just a bit bulkier than Nappa in general anyway?

I'm asking because you pay retail or near retail and pay additional for shipping, sometimes a hefty cost for fast and secure delivery when if you wait for actual release date, most of the time there's no need to pay for shipping and it's cheaper than retail cost in some cases.

I live in the US so i don't think it applies too much to your question, but for me personally some japanese sites tend to be cheaper even with shipping, but i always pick the cheapest shipping (amiami for example). It also helps that USD is stronger than JPY atm as well.

As for other places, i think places like UK may have higher shipping rates and sometimes they get charged more when going through customs if they realize what it is. I think some of them have talked about how BBTS just labels it all over the box so there's no hiding it haha.

Yeah! Its actually pretty crazy how long they've been using that old goku mold. I cant even think of any other company that reused a mold for that long without updates. inb4 SSG(the slim one) Goku uses the old Wargreymon shoulders

Well with the exception of other broly forms. But yeah, agreed. He's just to much of a giant compared to Nappa. Tamashii has never been accurate with scaling anyhow.
What will I do for a Ssj4 Broly. Damn monster he is yes?
