I pre-ordered this and Batman.
I hope they'll tweak Superman's face a little, he looks slightly off in my opinion.
Christopher Reeve's Superman and MoS are both top notch figures, this one is not quite there yet.

Is there any particular reason that they're not using JC for this one? It's great paintwork, just wondering.

I think this incarnation of Superman is great -- looks modern but somehow vintage at the same time, probably the haircut. I could see picking this up, just not sold on Batman at the moment.

We always have to accept it's a slightly stylised version of any headsculpt, but this one is waaay better than the original one.

I have no problem with the sculpt. Perhaps if they make the cheeks bigger/fuller the problem will be solved.

I thought the original sculpt/figure was awesome, but suddenly it's no longer good enough lol.

Pretty sure that's the lighting. Never underestimate the power of lighting in photography. Lighting is key

I just hope he comes out more properly scaled compared to MOS which was very tall. The head sculpt looks ok so far and at worst I can switch it w/ MOS sculpt.

I like how they clearly defined the colors on the collar and detail work of the costume being a shiny metallic blue instead of black. I also think the headsculpt is amazing.

The wrist cuffs also look much better, a big improvement.

I hope the final product cape matches the proto too.

Matter of opinion, I find the MOS one to be better.
