Loved it as a movie but wasn't blown away. Didn't actually feel like Star Wars, but maybe the prequels didn't at first either.

Will probably take a few more viewings to form a firm viewpoint.

Oh, and ...

Spoiler Spoiler:

Did you like it more or less than the PT?

I know what Jye sounds like, now I can die happy. Hope you have fun with the family man.

Jye will love it if it features things blowing up...
However I'm continuing to drop my expectations lower and lower for this..repeat of ANH is not what I'm looking for and the more comments I read on it the more I'm ready to be disappointed

Can't wait. No work, and will probably lose sleep waiting for tomorrow night.

These guys have seen it and love it! (with a few normal flaws) starts at 5:48

Kinda wish I hadn't read that but as it was addressed to me I did.

Spoiler Spoiler:

repeat of ANH is not what I'm looking for

But that's precisely the safest route to take.

Anyone who expects anything NEW or INNOVATIVE or RISKY from Disney with their $4.2 billion license to print money is brain damaged.

And Abrams is the epitome of the corporate franchise caretaker.

The King of repackaging is working for The Factory of Derivative Retreads.

Going in with lowered expectations would be a wise move . . . expecting to see anything you haven't seen before is not.

Happy with the reviews I've been reading for this (the fact that everyone seems to mention how this is not like POS prequels must be driving WWE bananas :lol). I'm going next week and honestly excited to see it.
