Re: OFFICIAL JAMES BOND THREAD

The Bond actors are Rocco's main focus and any other characters won't likely happen until all of them are done. I was mainly just asking out of curiosity and to see what the interest in them was as I would like to see some other characters in the future as well. :)

Re: OFFICIAL JAMES BOND THREAD

I would go for Goldfinger and Oddjob but that's all I think I'd want beyond the Bond actors.

Re: OFFICIAL JAMES BOND THREAD

I still really like that suit.
Thanks, me too. It's nice isn't it? And only £30.

great figure Platty. I agree, the BBkill V2 is still by far the best craig sculpt
Thanks mate! Yeah definitely.

I never get tired of seeing your Craig figure Platty. Its definitely one of the best out there! :)
Thanks a lot bud! There are some amazing Craig figures out there so I'm glad you think that about mine :)

I daresay that the most iconic villains and girls would garner some interest.

Re: OFFICIAL JAMES BOND THREAD

Thanks. And yeah I'm happy enough with the basic likeness; it's just the roughness of the sculpt and poor detail I'm not really happy with. I just got too impatient to finish and didn't take enough time to put in all the subtle, super fine detail you really need to have in a head like this. Hopefully at some point I can cast a wax version and refine it a lot further then. :)

Sounds like a plan!

Re: OFFICIAL JAMES BOND THREAD

It's been said, but add me in the list of finishing the Bonds first and foremost.

Beyond that, honestly, I'm not sure. Never thought the concept would ever even come up lol. When I "focused" my collecting to save some $, it was limited to James Bond, Avengers, and Star Trek. Never thought Bond would get past...well, the Bonds.

It's amazing how many of the subsidiary Bond characters just aren't that memorable, or really wouldn't make a good figure on the shelf...and of course, that's going to depend on people's POV.

I could see myself getting a few though - Pleasance Blofeld. Jaws. Oddjob. Trevelyan (since Goldeneye is a personal favorite). Of course, getting clothing to match and bodies would be a pain on a lot of those, though, but heck, I never underestimate the Bond fans in this community!

Re: OFFICIAL JAMES BOND THREAD

I definitely vote for a Auric Goldfinger sculpt. I'm waiting for so many years but never get a chance to see the Man with the Midas Touch beside a perfect Connery-Bond figure.

Definitely AURIC GOLDFINGER ! ! !

Re: OFFICIAL JAMES BOND THREAD

I'm glad that I'm not the only one who would like to see some good ol' villains! :)

Has anyone else seen this on eBay? Its called the AFS A003B 1/6 Killer red dress set and comes with a PPK with removable silencer. Hopefully it gets parted out somewhere as the gun is really the only thing of interest to me.

Re: OFFICIAL JAMES BOND THREAD

Gentlemen,

I'm biting the bullet and ordering the Eleven sculpt along with the MG "blue" tuxedo. What would be the best figure body for this combo?

Thanks for your help.

Re: OFFICIAL JAMES BOND THREAD

How is that MG tux? A friend here said it was pretty good but I haven't seen too many other opinions on it.

I still have the verycool "Skyfall" tux which is good not great -- a little small and with material that's hard to iron into a nice, crisp look. My concern with the MG is it looks a bit shiny.
