I've been thinking about getting this piece. But how are you able to determine how many are in stock?
Generally 24 is the upper limit of what BBTS will show as being available to order for any one item.

Yeah I think what is happening is the stock BBTS is getting is from initial flippers who weren't getting the amount of money they were hoping to get from some of the XM products. Probably saw it better to unload to an etailer or store that would buy them aftermarket and sell them for more reasonable prices.
This is a good thing because I hate when people are greedy snapping up items from collectors that want it but only afford it at certain levels of price. Kudos to collectors that resisted the urge to plop down money to them.
The fact these are closer to original prices is good for those that like Antman. This is a phenomenal statue (as Mr. Marker can attest to) and will now be more affordable to acquire, even though it is still expensive.
Shame....cause I don't think this will be the case for the more popular characters like XM's Batman coming out.

Any time you add something to the cart and are able to add more quantities just put in some number like 50. It'll refresh the page with how man are actually available.
I tried it with hawkeye and it came to 24 as well, so I thought bbts might just cap people off at 24 but I tried it with many other things on their site and it gave me different numbers, so it looks like they have 24 antmans, 24 hawkeyes, 19 hulks, and 1 wolverine left.

That is alot of product to unload. I let them know about the head that XM is promising collectors via email. They were completely unaware. Hopefully they will be able to secure the promised head. I told.them that if they can promise the new head, I would purchase my XM ant man through them. I'll let you know their response.

I'm not counting on ever getting that head via BBTS, since they're outside of XM's area. I was the one having paint issues above... XM was very communicative up until the second I mentioned I bought through BBTS, when all communication stopped. It's been a week since the last reply.

That's shady. When a free head is being offered, we should get a free head no matter what country we are in. I might wait to get one with the extra head in the secondary market. I'll see what happens. All of.my statue funds are going towards trying to get a Phoenix. I know as soon as I get one, it will be up at BBTS for $400 less.
I don't know about the $400 less part, but I doubt Phoenix will ever be up for sale again at BBTS.

Jeez, that level of commitment to QC is just unheard of after a complete run of a statue has been released. Major props to XM for not taking the easy way out.
yeah the factory made a mistake his hair is suppose to be blonde, they painted the eyebrows with the right color but, for the hair they use brown instead so, two different colors. the base on mine came without feltpads well actually only one instead of four. i contacted xm through facebook and they said that i have to contact the retailer about my issue and the replacement head. its been a month so far no answer for the retailer.xm also said that they will give the head replacements to the retailers but i will take about two months to be ready.

That's exactly what's happening. Just dropped him off at FedEx. They said they'd replace it.
