I wonder if it's easier for them to refund a CC payment vs a Paypal payment?

It just kills me that they know they have the money from me, but won't send the box. Instead they want to go through all of this trouble to fix something extremely simple.

And if PP causes that many issues, maybe they shouldn't accept it until the bugs get worked out.

That's also something I thought of. Why continue making Paypal an option? :lol

I basically told them to either send me the box, as I refuse to pay twice, or just cancel everything and refund me.
 
I mean what other company would make the customer pay twice? It's so strange. They need to take a lesson from Amazon customer service. :lol
 
I think a lot of is growing pains too. I don't think Funko normally handles actual sales that often. Amazon is a HUGE company who can afford to let things go but I agree it's beyond weird to ADMIT to seeing a payment and not send an item. I think PP probably has the money, and not CC but guess what? That's not the customers problem.
 
They really shouldn't have started the Star Wars box until they got this one down pat. :ohbfrank:
