It just kills me that they know they have the money from me, but won't send the box. Instead they want to go through all of this trouble to fix something extremely simple.

That's also something I thought of. Why continue making Paypal an option?

Seems completely fair to me! They really should send it, I see no reason not to

I think a lot of is growing pains too. I don't think Funko normally handles actual sales that often. Amazon is a HUGE company who can afford to let things go but I agree it's beyond weird to ADMIT to seeing a payment and not send an item. I think PP probably has the money, and not CC but guess what? That's not the customers problem.
