why do some of you keep saying Vegeta's bangs when he doesn't have bangs ? bangs drape over one's forehead, like Goku's. I'm confused lol

It doesn't. Really inexcusable tbh. Like crisis said, they just don't seem to care. They clearly play favorites with Goku and if they can put out a "meh" figure, they will. Unfortunately, in this case it's Vegeta. He should've come with crossed arms too since he's in that pose for 95% of the movie anyways...

This may be perfect timing cuz SSGSS Vegeta is now official. No new hair and metallic. How does Tamashii not see the obvious difference between Goku and Vegeta is beyond staggering.

Awesome news, but...

Apparently on this occasion it does not include the regular head, just 3 extra faces and 3 extra pairs of hands.

I didnt think they would tbh. Vegetas faces are alot larger than Gokus, there wouldnt be the space or budget for a regular head imo.

Thanks D, the faces do look good, but there no new sculpts mong them I think. Just repaints of normal and ssj faces. I think that face is included Orbi. Edit: really you think theres no normal ssj face? Its been displayed! I think there will be.

It's actually an okay release imo. The hair color not matching and possibly lacking folded arms is just really stupid.

The angry face is definitely new, you might be right about the rest though they look alot better. I think Vegeta really suits the new eye type.

Edit: infact, nope, none of them are exactly the same as the ones they are likely retooled from. Something about them looks more like Vegeta to me.

We have seen before near the release Bandai can add new images which get us out of doubt.

It's still quite possible they could tweak Vegeta's blue hair before the production release. What we're seeing now is likely another sample. They did "slightly" fix SSGSS Goku's gi color.

They also fixed Goku's hair and added shading which differs from his official artwork. They CAN do the same to Vegeta but will they? Nah, they probably won't

Funny thing is, I'm still gonna get this figure but he could've been SO much better had they put a little more effort into him like they obviously did for Goku.

I don't trust Amazon when it comes to Normal Goku. I've seen lots of people order a seemingly legit Normal Goku, but they only ended up with the crappy bootleg version (that's not even a Datong). Problem with Amazon is that they only use one product page with "official" pictures, not in hand pictures from actual 3rd party sellers themselves. This is how the bootlegs can slip through into the hands of unhappy customers.

That SSGSS Vegeta looks awesome, but at the same time i'm disappointed to see that they couldn't do better. I was thinking that there was still hope they would update the hair after seeing how detailed they made Vegito's, Gohan's, and even SSGSS Goku's hair, but nope. Also, no normal head?! And not even the crossed arms? I think they could've even repainted the original and it would've looked fine. Seems like they just cant ever get it perfect.

They can get it right, they just choose not to. It's so perplexing why they do these things to their customers despite constant feedback from the fanbase on how to make their product better. They know that we'll buy whatever they give us so they don't really care to make it good if it requires that little extra effort. It's a shame cuz this could've been one of the best Vegeta figures...
