Was his helmet ever dented in Episode II? I don't remember that at all.

You can see him bump his head entering Slave 1 after his battle with Obi Wan on Kamino. Here's a clearer shot.

I really love the designs of both Boba and Jango. As I said before, the change I hope they make most is changing the helmet. It was the bigger, more flared look with Boba and they simply reused the SS boba helmet for Jango. Also Jango has a bulkier build/ the armor is bulkier (they should be the same build as they are essentially the same cloned body).

The Jango suit is great and if they make some minor changes it will be a great addition to my collection. Love the colours, the blue, silver and the twin pistols. Bad ass.

the dent on Jango's helmet is just stupid. Yes Boba has a dent, but its also like 30 years in the future. Boba is a well established bounty hunter with many many bounties under his belt at that point, so given the condition of the rest of his armor I think the dent was probably well earned. Not to mention he most likely went through more than one helmet. Having it match Jango's or visa versa is just stupid.

Not a PT hater but I just can't understand how someone could have come up with such a stupid fanservice nod and GL approving it with his ridiculous stamp...

As with most thing PT, and also not to pile on the hate, but I'm pretty sure it was the other way around. George came up with stupid ideas and nobody challenged him regarding them. Must've been nothing but yes-men in those meetings:lol

What really bothered me was, I just can't believe Jango had no counter for a light saber. You'd think he'd have a force field or something. As a Bounty Hunter he had to have encountered one in his career before. I guess he could have used the flame thrower but it was broken. Hes sort of a jack of all trades character, I don't know why he wouldn't just have his own light saber. I know hes not a Jedi but he could've bought one for emergencies, especially if he knows he gonna be fighting them.

Hell yeah. if I was a Bounty Hunter during that time, I'd have stolen a Droidekas shield bubble and created something out of that.

I thought Jango was a horrible character in the first place. But be that as it is, I'm surprised they simply didn't take ideas from the expanded universe. In one of the Xbox games I played (pretty sure it was one of the Knights of the Old Republic games), there are several encounters with Mandalorians, and they were more of a challenge to defeat. I can't remember what defenses they had, but they weren't just there to be sliced down....

Jango was pretty bad ass in the comics leading to his recruitment by Dooku.
