Just an observation...what's the deal with the burlap wrap on his gauntlets...Predator version of duct tape? It's like he is trying to hold them together.

maybe this has been noticed before from somenone else, but after seing the armor scuplt of the elder armor i've notice that ,due to the fact that it's same armor of P1 predator there are all the hoses holes in the right places of P1 is supposed to have
you have ever notice that? P1 hoses are: 1 from the back of the cannon to half of the " arm " of plasmacaster
the 2 of it's supposed to come from the mask that ends to the backpack, 1 from the chestplate to aproximately the backback/shoulder or so, and 1 to the left biceps armor from the wrist computer
take a look in all these places seems to there be small hoses holes

I got a few days ago. Got him on ebay. I think he's awesome probably the best looking one so far in my opinion

Well, I noticed all those connection points right away, as I'm sure many other people here did. His armour actually was based on the same armour worn by the original Pred. I even went back to the movie and checked carefully to see if Hot Toys had forgotten to include any hoses, but the P2 Elder didn't have them, presumably 'cause he wasn't wearing a bio-mask. His shoulder cannon also had the targeting laser mounted on top of it. That was one thing Hot Toys apparently did overlook, unfortunately. It can be scratch built without too much trouble, though.
When Hot Toys gets around to releasing the original Predator figure, I'm sure they plan to use the same armour, and all the holes will already be there for the hoses to attach.

guys do you think the p2 elder will go up enven higher in value? its currently at $200, i believe...
I guess so. Ive seen it for 350$. Though i dont know what its really WORTH. Guess the people decide that.
It's quite possible, especially if the edition number was relatively low. I don't happen to know what that was, but I don't imagine it was huge. This is one of the coolest Predator figures they made so far, so I would have to say it will continue to appreciate in value. Hard to tell how high it might go, though.
