I received a replacement head from BlackOpsToys. They made sure to look it over before sending it but of course my OCD finds every little thing wrong with it. The stippling on the nose just happened to line up in a certain way to make a faint, straight line 
Here's my X-1 Wolverine. I finally got Rahmier's head sculpt painted to finish him up. The jacket is a modded bootleg Origins jacket. I took some of the "leather" from the lining and added it to the collar. I also painted the jacket and removed the top band on the left arm.

I just noticed that the knock-off Origins set from Head_Play on eBay is now $90! Maybe I'll just go for the DOFP look after all.

Have any one seen this custom Wolverine 4.1 headsculpt? Apparently it's a modified DoFP head, other then the changes in the hair and beard, looks like they make the eyes look angrier, which should work better in more action-y poses. Any one have this headsculpt in hand?? It's on Ebay, I believe it may be a headplay sculpt but I'm not 100% sure.

That looks very good but unfortunately I have a feeling the actual piece will not look anything like that one in that picture. Just speaking from past experiences with their wolverine sculpts.

That's actually pretty impressive. I usually think those custom sculpts are pretty bad but I like that. If that looks as good in hand I'll be in for one.
Ok, so this is my very first 1/6 bash attempt. Here are a few WIP shots of my Origins Wolverine. I have to say, the quality of the aftermarket outfit is great. My only issue was that I had to stretch the jeans a bit to get them over the thighs on the body that I picked up. I should have my set of MMS 220 claws any day now and I'll have my DOFP Wolverine next week to borrow the head and stand from. Overall I'm very pleased with the results so far.
Got my DOFP Wolverine today but my MMS 220 claws are still in transit so I just used the included gloved ones for now. I have to say the the DOFP figure is great right out of the box and I'm definitely gonna display it at some point. I might eventually get a custom Origins head and put the DOFP one back where it belongs, but for now I like it where it is.

Are there any US sellers that have the custom Origins outfit? All the ones I see on Ebay are from China and have a month estimation for delivery. Would like to get this sooner than that.
Ive been ordering quite a few things from china over the past few weeks and all have had estimation for delivery at a month or longer and everything Ive ordered has arrived to the US within 2-2 1/2 weeks tops. Just an fyi.
I've shown this custom in here in different outfits, but here he is again. I'm hoping Rahmier will mod a DoFP head with the Origins hair soon. That would be my definitive look for the leather jacket figure.
