I'll be happy to post some pictures when I get home, since I'm gonna need them as part of the exchange process anyway. I'm at work for a bit yet, but I'll be heading home soon. I will be sure to post some when I get home.

Mine arrived with a broken off finger and Sideshow has said there are no replacements already. Very disappointed.

oh, that worries me that you've getting some parts exchanged; your post previously mentioned that you're going to reach out to SS, what'd you end up getting replaced if you don't mind me asking?

Caledor did SS say they would not replace your figure? If so, what did they all say? And chopsueyboi, I'm not looking to have any specific part exchanged, I'm looking for a replacement figure because of the concerns that I have about my own figure. Working on getting those pictures uploaded. Just got home and my phone is being kinda finicky so give me a bit yet and I'll have them up.

I agree. As much as I want this figure, I can't seem to overlook the quality concerns that I have. So far, I've been hearing loose joints, pain-in-the-butt helment, pieces breaking because some areas are fragile, screws are so small and can be easily stripped, etc. That's not a $500 quality figure IMO. Don't get me wrong, he looks stunning (Paint job looks great!), I just wish he was a little more durable and easy to work with.

I'll keep listening to the reviews as more people get it in their hands.

Nothing cited here is unusual for such a large and complex figure. threezero has done similar figures, all the Real Steel, Titanfall, etc. and they are very, very minor compared to how stunning the figure is.

Alrighty here is an imgur album with all of my hang ups. And bonus pose at the end, because even though I'm not completely satisfied, I'm still pretty damn impressed.

Thank you very much for your patience while we investigated your inquiry. Unfortunately, we found we do not have any replacements for your Raynor 1/6th Scale. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

As we do not have an available replacement for you, please review the options below to see how we will be able to best assist you in this matter.

If you would like to keep your Raynor 1/6th Scale as is, we can offer you a $40.00 Sideshow Collectibles credit that can be used on a future purchase or existing preorder. If you would like to place a new order with this credit, contact us with the item number and we will book a new order for you.

Alternatively, we can offer you a $35.00 refund directly back to the credit card used to pay for this item. If you accept one of the above credit offers and need a recommendation for a type of glue to repair your item, we recommend Zap-A-Gap which comes in a green bottle and is available in most hardware or hobby stores. It is also available for purchase online.

Please know, if you accept one of the above options, your case will be closed and you will not be eligible for a further refund on this item. If neither of these options is satisfactory, you may decide to return your damaged item for a full refund.

Please confirm how you would like to proceed and I shall do my best to assist you.
Best regards,

I am going to get a full refund and buy it from a local supplier.

It sucks they don't have a replacement but all the option are very reasonable imo.

I gotta say I'm a bit confused. Since we can still purchase Raynor from the Sideshow store, but they don't have any replacements, could you just get a full refund, and then reorder him from Sideshow?

Yeah he could if he wanted to, they just can't replace whats broken so he has 3 options.

Keep it - get $40 Store Credit
Keep it - get $35 Back to Credit Card
Return - get Full Refund/New one

Alright. Well I guess I'll see what customer service says to me since I'm looking to replace my whole figure. Although I imagine if they won't replace the finger they won't replace my figure so I'll just have to get a refund and buy anew. Has anyone gotten a refund before? Any idea of how long it take to get your money back?

Here is some more pictures of him by the way. He can get into some really great poses.

I forgot to add pics to my Raynor inquiry so they emailed me asking to attach some so they can make a decision regarding any sort of Action. Fortunately I fixed my wrist issues so I just need to message them to close it.

Dark Lord dave, did you try my suggestion with the screws on the wrist to fix your loose wrist issue?

I got mine today.
My first impression isn't very enthusiastic.
To begin with, the package design is a joke, not worthy of SS or the price tag.
The figure is nice but the paint job, especially for metal colour, sucks big time.
I was lucky to have zero damages.
The trunk articulation is off and I have trouble to align it with the rest of the body.
The overall finish is kinda of dissapointing for a high end collectible we were all eagerly waiting for.
For now I will leave him in the box. I have not time to spend on improving him right now.
I will come back later when I'm done customising my CAIN replica from Chronicle collectible.

I hear ya. It's possible there are many people who don't post that bought the figure and received a flawless version of him. However, with a figure this complex, there is bound for something to go wrong along the lines. The more pieces, the higher the probability of something will break.
