Looks like NECA is working on the new Iron Man. We can see part of a painted foot at a smaller scale along with the chest and arm. It seems we're getting a proper repulsor hand pose to go with this one.

The only 1/4 neca avenger figure I liked was the iron man one; even though he cant stand. The others look terrible. Hopefully the hulk turns out good because it surely has my interest

I agree and Iron Man is the only Neca Avenger that I have as well. Thor could have been VERY good if they have covered his arms with armor and gave him a better sculpt and paint job. The actual armored clothing he has on looks good.

Hey guys, check this great interview of Randy by Pixel Dan. @ around 10:15 he mentions that there'd be more 1/4 scale figures including the 24" Hulk, and a new Iron Man! He says Age of Ultron, so I would assume that it would most likely be 1/4 Mark 43. Unless Mark 43's 1.4 license is exclusive to HT, NECA's version might be a good alternative especially if HT's would cost $550-600+ while NECA's would most likely be around $120.

I know the Hot Toys 1/4 Mark 43 is going to be expensive but I don't think that I can pass on that one! Interested in seeing what NECA does though. They definitely have my attention.

I too am looking forward to HT 1/4 Mark 43, I have high hopes that HT would finally give us the best RDJ/Tony Stark yet (just as 1/4 Bale was their best Bale likeness). But if NECA comes up with a decent mark 43 that would only require some paint here and there, I might also get one, perhaps to do full BD
Anyway, I repainted my old red NECA Mark 7 (which I custom BD'd before) and turned it into a BD Marvel Now version. Always wanted to do that as I love the black and gold combo. Seeing that the rubber parts of NECA Mark 7 (chest and crotch) have lost a noticeable amount of its red hue after a year and half of display prompted me to do it finally.

The price proportions on their Iron Man were terrible. The skinny legs and waist area looked terrible. No excuses for that. They should have fixed that before releasing it.

You mean this IM from NECA? The skinny legs are my biggest gripe on this figure. I try to pose him with his legs rotated sideways a bit to make it look thicker. It was a concern raised before the release, I guess it was too late for NECA to fix it -- or they just didn't care. And they won. This guy sold well despite.

Neca, do a 1/4 Hulk finally??? I don't believe it until I see it. Jus sucks that it will probably be the AOU version. I like the look of the normal avengers hulk way better. Yoga pants suck,.......unless they're on a hot girl that is.

In the NECA FB group they said it was confirmed to be the AOU version. I was hoping for the original Avengers version as well with real fabric pants.
