What's the consensus about the base?
I keep reading it seems PVC. I think that, regardless of the material, paint app is very average on the base and the casting should be extra thin, so either PVC or poly makes no difference. But I'd be interested in knowing.

My guess is it's polystone, but hollow. People are probably just assuming it's PVC since it's light. I don't mind the subdued paint job on the base as anything really flashy would detract from Gethsemoni herself. She's the focal point so a highly detailed base would take your eye away from her.

Thank you very much for your patience while we investigated your inquiry. I compared your pictures to our display model and few other pieces, and I don’t believe I have a replacement for your Queen that would be a significant improvement. These items are all hand crafted, and there will be slight variations in the paint on every figure if you look at it close enough and any replacement we could provide would be similar to your current piece. Based on other pieces I have seen, I think your statue’s eyes look pretty great.

In my replacement request I notated the back tattoo and said I would tolerate it, even knowing I had more than the eye issue they made no offer whatsoever. Im awaiting a reply to my reply.

Received mine last night and there's nothing more I can say about how amazing this piece is. I'm truly blown away. Her face is gorgeous and deadly at the same time. The paint is flawless IMO and the sculpt has so many tiny little details that truly need to be seen in hand as most of the camera shots can't pick up on the complexity and minuteness of them for some reason. Pretty spectacular how detailed it is really. My back tattoo is slightly off, but still in the realm of "realistically shifting under the skin" that it does not bother me in the slightest. In fact, I think it's brilliantly well done. Same goes for the minions too. I think the sculpts and paints on them are great and they give just such a perfect creepiness coming out of her sarong. They really just add a lot to the already incredible details of this piece. Really amazing work by Sideshow and I can't wait for Kier now. I may even need to get the Siren too now, I'm that impressed.

Got mine last week wasn't able to take pics that day.she came about 90% perfect for me. Only problem I had was the wire in her Cloth came out after one time of being adjusted. Plus I didn't feel it had a good texture to it, I mean it's ok wish it was made out of something more smooth in texture, It does feel like one of them cheap shower curtains U get from the 99cent store... But this is something U only notice if u are the owner, If it's seating in a display case it will look fine so I didn't feel a need to return it. The base is very light guessing PVC but I am fine with that. didnt like the red that was on it felt it would look better if It was all red so I added some paint to it.
