I doubt SS has worldwide exclusive rights to 1:4 scale DC stuff... Also Prime 1 does sell stuff through SS, given that Hot Toys is selling competing 1:6 Star Wars figures through SS website I wouldn't be surprised to see Prime 1 do the same with 1:4 scale DC stuff, just be ready for $800+ price tags...

SSC is getting out of the 1/2 (LSF) scale lines. They have way to many issues with them. These will most likely be exclusively distributed through SSC using their existing license. They will have Prime do the heavy lifting and the replacements for issues, but get the profit from being the distributor. It is a win win for SSC

These will most likely be 1/2. As for the exclusive deal... yeah I am pretty sure they do... at least for finished pieces. They locked it up with the renewal I believe.
