How would you upgrade Trap Jaw or MAA or even Teela enough to warrant a second edition?

Bearing in mind I think Teela and MAA are extremly sharp figures.

So I guess that's a no then Teemu?

Yeah, that won't happen. Though i would still want an "Ultimate He-Man" figure with extra details and articulated wrists.

they are sold except Battle Lion..

I could maybe see a Filmation Teela (maybe),but beyond that,we really don't need "upgrades" or 2.0's

I'd love to see them try double jointed knees on a MOTUC figure. Pretty much every figure could benefit from those ball jointed wrists a few figures have seen.
If they redid the 4H could easily include few more 200X elements but still keep the aesthetic of the classics line by not going overboard with textures and detail. (IE: the giant crazy robot arm for Trapjaw, scarier face) you could justify it. Teela also lacks that waist swivel that females in the line now have.
The line certainly doesn't "need" 2.0 figures but it would be cool doing a soft relaunch of the line with a new basic body with more articulation that would serve as the buck for future figures and redo's of popular guys.

MAA already got his variant/upgrade as Snake MAA (200X inspired) and will get another one with the comming Battle Ram (Filmation variant).
That would be something for figures lie Teela too. For Trap Jaw I can see a green variant similar to the 200X one. Emiliano did some concepts for a "Sognature Series". These are totally awesome in my opinion and something I would definitly buy.

I would not buy another "variant" TrapJaw...The Toy version we have in classics is the best TrapJaw ever.....I saw the Emiliano "variant" concepts and I would not purchase any of them except maybe the Filmation Teela

I believe this is really just a matter of taste which is why people react so different on the idea of a Signature Series. This will become an issue with the Classics line in general. Everybody wanted all the vintage releases to be part of the Classics line but when this aim is reached after 2015 peoples idea of the way the line should continue will differ alot. Personally I would love to see all the NA characters, others dont like them. I would never sub for a SOH line, while others like the new concept... :dunno

In case anybody was wondering, yes Castle GraySkull fits in a Besta.

Just bought my first he man, ordered the giant he man figure from matty collector, anyone get there's yet? Sorry if that's a newb question, don't really come in this thread:monkey3

Been out of town for a couple of weeks!!
Phew!!!
Just returned and Tung Lashor was waiting! Very cool figure!! Along with Arrow... yeah... horrible figure...
I was going to pass on Battle Ram and NA She-Ra due to funds, but at the last minutes got some cash in!!
They are both pretty awesome!!

So, did the Mini sub went through or not? Do we know?

I saw on the org that the target wasn't reached but there's been no update from Mattycollector. So we don't know what they're going to do yet...:dunno

Kinda sad if it doesn't go through. Yes, they were overpriced as hell, but I love the little guys.

I wouldn't worry about the 2.0 talk....I highly doubt it will happen...

a 2.0 Subscription having character re-issues would never get enough support

I agree. Might be interesting if they did a few one-offs, though.

I'm not interested, though. I hate when companies do that, unless there's a really good reason, like half-a$$ed reprints or something (I am looking at you, GI Joe 25th Anniversary).

MOTUC was top notch from beginning to end, with a consistent, high quality style. Early figures match the newest ones perfectly. Perhaps the only one I can think of that was a bit weak was Filmation Hordak.
