And would you prefer them to keep the cartoon style, or to make them more realistic?

This is a tougher call than the Clone Wars figures. There are no real life representations of these characters - so how do you do realistic sculpts?

Well, i would consider realistic versions of the main characters. At least Jarus and the inqusitor. This being said, seeing where prices are going lately, i may just stick to OT/PT characters from now on.

At least, an interpretation of the character is less likely to be criticised for not looking like the source.

If the series stays on for a few years and does well, I could see it happening... I mean, one way you can go is use the actor playing each voice for some level of realistic detail in the head sculpt face - sticking with the parameters of the character but referencing actors can be a great way to make them real without straying, plus you're working from the face the voice came out of.

I collect only the figures related to films. But at the price sideshow requests it becomes difficult.:cuckoo:

Zeb & the Inquisitor would be instant purchases for me. I'd prefer them to go with a more realistic look. I just feel that would work better in my collection than the animated styling. And Sideshow do alien characters really well.

I am a OT fan and I was disappointed from this series.
When the figurs are more realistic and Sideshow goes the same way as in the current Clone Troopers.
So I can make a big mistake and I buy it :slap
But only Imperiale :wink1:

AT-DP pilot... love the design.:yess:

The human characters aren't as visually interesting.

I wish there was a maybe option. I have not watched enough to know yet. But if i do like it, movie style.

I've been really enjoying the show so far, and think a more detailed and realistic interpretation of the characters in 1/6 would be really cool to see. Particularly for Kanan, Sabine, and the Inquisitor (and maybe even the MacQuarrie-style Vader from the premiere episode).

Direct copies of the cartoon designs wouldn't really interest me though. They'd be so lacking in detail it just wouldn't be worth it.

Easy pass for me, though if I wanted cartoon-style Hasbro are doing those cheap plastic 12-inchers...

(I did, however, think it was cool how SS brought both Clone Wars series into the "real world".)

Thus far, I'd take a Sabine, Inquisitor and Chopper.

McQuarrie Astromech and Female armored Mandalorian sixth scale figure? Yes, please.

Definitely have enjoyed the show so far, a real solid start so far.

Would I buy them? A few of the characters, definitely.

I don't think it matters though, we'll see them no matter what.

I would prefer the figures to look exactly as how they turn out in the cartoons.:)

no, definitely no .. dont like episodes, dont like the figures/characters
